Machinery and Chemical Industry Corporation (MKE) Heavy Steel and Weapons Factory was established in 1932-1937 and is Turkey’s first and only Heavy Weapons and Forging Factory.

MKE has the NATO quality assurance standard AQAP-2120 Quality Assurance and the ISO 9001-2000 quality assurance system. The factory continues its activities on a total area of 800,000 square meters, 124,000 square meters of which is closed.

MKE Steel Factory, which produces round, square and flat forgings between 220 mm and 800 mm, provides the highest ultrasound guarantee for all its products.

MKE, which provides the best service to Turkish Industrialists through its dealers with forging quality and 100% ultrasound guarantee, is expected to increase its annual capacity by reducing its production costs in the coming years.
